Dangerous Goods
Please note - dangerous goods classifications and their
shipping regulations are constantly changing, some
essential oils may be classified as 'dangerous goods' for
shipping, we reserve the right to cancel your order and
refund any payment before despatch, if 'dangerous goods'
charges are to be applied to the freight charge.
Returns & Refund Policy
Please send any faulty goods back to us in their original
packaging, and we will replace these at no cost to you.
contact us first before returning any faulty goods.

protected adequately, however we are unable to accept
liability for any damage or breakages during transport.
